The project includes 198 residential units distributed across two four-storey buildings. The ground floor features commercial spaces—including a gym, office spaces, and a medical clinic—while the upper floors offer uniform rental units. Designed with concrete basement levels and a wood-frame structure, the buildings showcase a clean, durable architectural approach, quality outdoor spaces, and underground parking for 198 vehicles, including storage areas and bicycle facilities.
