Humano is a rental condominium project located along the banks of the Magog River in Sherbrooke. Inspired by The Great Wave off Kanagawa, its architecture features flowing forms and generous balconies that evoke the movement of water while providing shade and comfort for residents. The complex includes 173 units across seven storeys; its U-shaped layout and abundant glazing maximize natural light and offer sweeping views of the river and Mount Orford, integrating seamlessly into the city’s human-scale urban fabric.
