1Eleven is a student residence in Ottawa, created from the conversion of a former Holiday Inn. The project offers 420 fully furnished suites with an original and stylish design, combining comfort and privacy. It also includes common areas that promote student life and social interaction, such as a study lounge, gym, yoga studio, recreational lounge, and restaurant, with open and connected layouts providing smooth circulation and remarkable visual transparency.
