The project involved the installation of a new ammonia refrigeration system, compliant with the City of Montreal’s standards, incorporating upgrades and energy efficiency measures. It also included the construction of a new technical room, the installation of natural gas condensing boilers with heat recovery, as well as various modernization works on existing facilities. Successfully completed, the project received LEED Gold certification, highlighting our commitment to sustainability and energy performance.
