This renovated and redeveloped 8-storey student building features 140 suites and 280 beds and is located in the heart of downtown Montreal. The fully furnished suites, including all utilities, showcase a contemporary design. The common areas have been redesigned to include a state-of-the-art fitness center, relaxing student lounges, study rooms, shared kitchens, secure laundry facilities, and more. Parc Cité enjoys a prime location, just steps from McGill University, public transportation, shops, and restaurants.
