This project transforms the former Cartierville Airport, once an industrial and military airstrip, into a dynamic urban neighborhood featuring residential areas, sports facilities, a golf course, lakes, and a traditional village center. It includes over 2,000 residential units as well as the Grande Place neighborhood center.
