This residential project consists of two towers of 25 and 30 storeys, located on the waterfront at the southern tip of Île-des-Sœurs. The towers, positioned at the center of the site, are connected by shared common areas spanning two levels, accessible from a main shared entrance. The remainder of the site is landscaped, featuring an outdoor pool and parking areas located to the north and west of the buildings.
