Domaine Marquise, located in the heart of Laval, consists of eight towers totaling nearly 1,000 luxury residences. The spacious suites feature balconies, and the common areas include pools, terraces, gyms, lounges, and rooftop urban chalets. The grounds feature landscaped gardens, walking paths, fountains, a dog park, and urban gardens, along with over 1,300 parking spaces. Tower 6 (Marquise VI) won the 2021 Habitat Design Grand Prize \u2013 “Public Choice.”<\/p>\n
